We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Service Manager.

Job Description:

As the first point of contact for our customers, the Service Manager plays a crucial role in representing our brand and driving our success. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales and customer service skills, who is committed to upholding our core values.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve a minimum of $800,000 in service work revenue annually, maintain a 35% sales ratio, and an average job size of $1200. Self-generate at least 10% of all leads.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries within 24 hours and providing exceptional service.
• Sales Process: Follow established sales procedures, utilizing our CRM system to track leads, manage projects, and document customer interactions.
• Estimating & Quoting: Conduct thorough roof inspections, accurately estimate costs, and effectively present proposals to clients.
• Project Management: Oversee service work to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Market Development: Network with industry professionals, actively seek new business opportunities, and leverage various marketing channels.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, submit contracts and reports as required. Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales or management experience in the roofing industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and relevant technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $60,000
• Commission-based bonus structure: 3% on sales up to $1.25 million, 4% on sales exceeding $1.25 million.
• Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 3% employer match (after probationary period).
